Subclass 407 Training Nomination

A business that wants to sponsor a worker on a Training Visa must first become an approved sponsor. From there, the business will submit a ‘nomination’ application for an eligible occupation, which will allow the employee to lodge their visa application.

The most common stream of the Training Visa is the ‘Training to improve skills in an eligible occupation’ stream. A successful nomination in this stream will revolve around providing the Department of Home Affairs with a training plan that clearly sets out the method and goals of the training. The Department expect a high level of detail in training plans.

Our fee to assist with a Training Visa nomination is $2200 inclusive of GST.
